I'm having a really good week. I have almost lost 5lbs. some of it was due to TOM, but who cares, I'll take it. I counted the extra weight in the beginning because sometimes the scale doesn't go back down after it's over. Anywho, back to the awesome week I ate well and I made it to gym everyday this week, go me!
I'll be on a mini vacation this weekend so I have to be on my best behavior and make sure I'm moving, so I don't lose all of the progress that I have made. I am so excited that I'm making fitness a priority again. Sometimes I wonder where did this feeling go when I didn't want to go to the gym or eat right. Huh? I dunno.
All I can do is try this weekend and I'll report back early next week.
