Much better today
I did make it to the gym last night, but I still didn't leave until quarter to eight, while others were still here til 10 o'clock. I am much more prepared for today. I taped all of my shows so 10pm here I come, if not later. I will watch the biggest loser finally when I get home no matter how late it is. If I don't I will find out from something else who won and then I would have spoiled all the excitement built from last week. Go Gary Go! and Kelly, if Gary doesn't win. ; )

Eating is almost perfect except for the carb, protein, and fat ratio is a little off, but not too bad. I just have to make it through dinner here and I'll be ok.

At the gym last night the scale said 202. The reason why I really like that is because that was after eating and before exercise so I could be a little less, yay! I'll have to tape my weight loss anthem one day and post it. Here are the words, and pretend you hear Mary J. Blige's Chorus for "I'm Goin' Down." :
